Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and professional credentials when you fill out forms on our website or speak with our team.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, evaluate partnership fit, communicate with you about our services, and improve our offerings.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.
4. Cookies, Analytics and Session Recording
Like most websites, we and the providers below use cookies and similar technologies to understand how this site is used. We use three, and none of them are advertising networks we sell your information to:
- Microsoft Clarity records session replays and heatmaps — the pages you visit, how far you scroll, what you click and how you move through the site. Clarity masks on-screen text and anything typed into a form by default, so a replay shows the shape of a visit rather than its contents. Microsoft’s handling of that data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- PostHog records product analytics — which pages are viewed and which actions are taken — so we can see where the site is confusing or broken.
- Meta Pixel measures which ads lead to enquiries and bookings, and shares limited event data with Meta for ad measurement and targeting. Meta’s handling of that data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
These tools identify your browser rather than you by name. They are connected to you as a person only if you give us your details yourself — by filling in a form or booking an appointment.
You can stop all three from loading using your browser’s cookie and tracking controls, or any standard content blocker. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the site or to book.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Choices
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us directly. To opt out of the analytics described in section 4, use your browser’s tracking controls or a content blocker.
