Why Injctr exists
What happens to injecting when the person doing it owns the room.
Try "botox", "lip filler", "locations"…
Injctr is a network of independently owned injectables studios. Every one is run by a licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant — and every one does the same four treatments, to the same standard.
A chain hires injectors, sets their quotas and moves them between rooms. The person treating you is an employee, and the person who decides how your visit goes has never seen your face.
Injctr works the other way around. Each location is owned outright by the provider who runs it. They set their own pricing, keep their own patients and answer for their own results — which is why the incentive to sell you a fourth syringe you do not need simply is not there.
Every Injctr provider is a licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant, practicing under medical direction, and certified in advanced injection technique. Not an unlicensed tech, not a coordinator, not someone who took a weekend course — and never someone you meet for the first time with a needle already in their hand.
They are also specialists by design. Four treatments, done every day, is the entire model: neurotoxins, lip filler, facial balancing and dermal fillers. If you need something outside those four, your provider will tell you so and point you somewhere good.
Every Injctr is independently owned and run by the provider who treats you. Nobody is working a quota set by someone who will never see your face.
Every provider is a licensed NP or PA — professionally trained, certified in advanced injection technique, and practicing under medical direction. Never an unlicensed tech.
Tox, lip filler, facial balancing and dermal fillers. That is the whole menu, on purpose — the skill comes from doing the same four things every day rather than nine different ones occasionally.
You leave the consult knowing which areas, in what order, and what you do not need yet. You approve it stage by stage and stop whenever you want.
Every Injctr is owned by its provider. Here is what they all agree to.

You already have the license and the hands. What most providers do not have is the brand, the training pipeline and the systems — so that is what Injctr provides.
Your location, your patients, your pricing. Injctr is the brand and the standard behind you, not a boss above you.
Certification in advanced injection technique, ongoing hands-on training, and a peer group of providers doing the same four treatments every day.
Booking, charting, photography protocol, consent, mapping and the two-week check — the operational parts that take a year to build alone.
Note for Cole: this section is the recruiting funnel. Swap in your real terms, territory rules and what a provider actually gets — specifics convert here far better than promises.
